Unify players’ different accounts so that their progression and purchases follow them regardless of how they play the game.

2. Connecting a new child platform to an existing parent account allows you to overwrite child data with pre-existing parent data. This includes:
   1. Hero unlocks
   2. Hero affinity progressions
   3. Skins
   4. Sprays
   5. Profile icon
   6. Profile banner
3. Settings should be unique to each platform
